Production / Processing

All of our handmade products are made to order. Each product has a step by
step process to ensure the quality of every product. Because of this,
processing time may vary and fall within a 4 – 6 week lead-time depending on workload.
Bulk orders may have a greater length for production time.

Leather Products

All of our leather products are made from 100% natural leather from wild animals. Because of this, variation in the color or texture are normal. Each hide used will be unique and have differences. We aim to avoid the large imperfections but small dents, scaring, scratches, or blemishes may be found. These stem from the animals life experiences and add character to the products made. All of our products are made by hand. This process means that individual items may not always be alike.

Custom Patches / Magazines / Bulk Orders

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS, BULK ORDERS, AND COLLABORATION SALES ARE FINAL. We will not offer refunds on products made in bulk, custom items, or collaboration
sales. Production samples will be made to verify the design is satisfactory. If
samples are not paid for by the buyer, we will auction off the unpaid for items
to cover expenses. The majority of bulk orders will be completed within the 4 –
6 week lead-time. Complexity of the item as well as amount ordered can affect this lead-time. All quoted times for production are not rigid and are subject to extensions depending on workload.

Damaged/Missing Items in Order

With USPS’s stellar reputation, lost or damaged packages happen. If this happens,
please email us as soon as possible as sales@carbonengraving.co with your order
number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work on correcting the
issue.
